A lovely man at gembrook gave me 2 large tins of nails a few years ago. I had mostly ignored them but for my recent big piece(frill) I used lots of them… and barely put a dint in the pile. I have since been amused by the properties of this unloved material and the flowers are one manifestation. ( Other flowers are made with washers and scrap and staples.)
