I have done a few skipping girls over the years. This one was inspired by an illustration on Instagram of a girl with a polka dot dress. I thought holes for polka-dots would be fun. I was also doing a piece where I had a fringe on a girl and this developed into this project also. She is lovely and mobile… well it seems that way from the pose and I have enjoyed playing with the details
