This piece developed as it went along. I was looking for something to do with an old bumper bar and initially an open vase seemed a possibility, There was a cutout shape from where I had cut out stars in the pile so I used that to fill in the top. That suggested I should do a vase of stars so I started that when I saw a dress with bits hanging off it and that suggested the smaller stars. Certainly a round about process but an interesting result.
