I spent an hour or so looking at other creative characters on Instagram and an idea that occurred was this idea of a bird made using the alphabet. I cut up an old bumper to get the shapes and used basically the whole alphabet although I is more or less incorporated in its legs. I did a sketch and this looks nothing like it but it was fun trying to get all the parts to sort of work.
