I hadn’t done a large sculpture all month mainly doing orders and small pieces and being crook a bit. I had a lovely drawing from an Instagram illustration in my book and I thought a bird ascending ( the lark ascending.. Vaughn Williams) would be a fun thing to do . It took a bit of time but it all came together nicely with 2 types of plasmacut offcuts and small junk for that see through lightness of wing. .
