.I have been making birds in this form for the last few months. Colourbond feathers based around pieces of pipe, I had two offcuts of pipe on my bench which had holes right through them. I filled in one hole and left the other open and it immediately suggested a bird vase. I love the serendipity of how ideas can develop.
