Another piece inspired by New Zealand oval/shield forms but also perhaps some echoes of 60�s sculptural shapes I have seen somewhere in my life. It developed from a squiggle in my sketch book and I was originally aiming for an abstract face but as I added more and more to it it took up the form of either a fish or a surfboard� especially when I added the lines under it.
