I was working on clearing out my metal offcut collection. I had the idea of a broken ring and having done one side with the small scrap I did the other side. It seemed to be calling out for characters to be challenged by the divide so I made the two people. What is the divide.?. maybe its just a gap in a relationship or maybe it is something bigger like race relations. I am amazed how far the society has gone in its treatment of women and people of colour  .I think we all know of a divide that needs crossing.
