Neerim Sth fire brigade gave me a pile of expired fire extinguishers and I had previously used a fire extinguisher as a reading girl. I thought to make a bit more active idea and my new girl is quite an adolescent with all gawky arms and legs. She does look like she is having fun and  throwing herself enthusiastically into the part. (The fire bird was a ballet by Stravinsky)and hence the title is quite appropriate to my extinguisher inspired piece.
