I was given several electrical insulators. I initially thought to drill holes in the top and create some useful forms that way. After making my drill( tungsten carbide) blunt several times and still not cutting through I thought to try a different approach. I have some rock cutting discs for my angle grinder so I cut off the top section leaving this attractive base shape. I had just made a wire flower and of course the two things came together almost instantly. Simple and graceful…. Not very like me at all!
