I often make more of some things than I need , usually just cutting forms out of a size of metal. I end up with a box of oddities( example I have about 10 heart forms from cutting them out of a balustrade). Anyway the pieces just sit there until I get inspiration or they call out to be used. This little character was sitting on her leaf but all in the same plane so by changing the plane I sort of got a 3-d effect. I do think the idea is charming… but it would be a bloody big leaf to allow me to do this. Maybe I will dream of a leaf!
