This is another recycled Piece. It was originally a harrow and the original person who made it did a lovely job of forging all the parts. It must be over 100 yrs old. Initially I just cut it apart and made a work called “cactus”( see website) but after thinking more ( over a couple of years) about it ,I considered I had not done justice to the original form. This is called paths through life and it is about how each of us deals with the obstacles in our way… some attack it all head on some are contemplative and some are timorous….The big yellow ball was needed to finish off the piece and I guess it has an element of all things being possible under the sun
