I did a work this year titled “slip sliding away” and it had a largish rock in the centre. I entered it in a show but some lovely people bought it before the show eventuated. I rapidly made this piece but I had no appropriate rock so the ball form sufficed. The piece looks a bit Daily Planetish ( superman comic reference) but I do like the form and the angle it is on. It did win best sculpture at the great Australian art show so I can’t have done too bad.Went also to the Sculptures in the vineyard at Lucinda winery.
