I had a piece in the pile that was a circle with a circle cut out of it and Marian ( my wife) said I should make a moon out of it. I had done one large moon sculpture but this one I added mirror mosaic and used the chain to make the join for the characters to climb. This was part of the open studios too and it sold to a wonderfully discerning patron! you can see a few of the other sculptures in the background.
