I am still trying to find ways to recycle a seemingly endless supply of screws and bolts. I had the idea of making spirals with them and it sort of worked. I intersected them and ended up with the form before you. It got me thinking about spiral galaxies crashing into each other which I am told will happen from time to time and it just makes the wonder of the universe on a mammoth scale. My little character looking at it is equally awed.
