I often make more of some things than I need , usually just cutting forms out of a size of metal. I end up with a box of oddities( example I have about 10 heart forms from cutting them out of a balustrade). Anyway the pieces just sit there until I get inspiration or they call out to be used. I had my little character cut out and the stars from a big sculpture and … well here it is. I must admit I love where I live as I sometimes come out at night and see a wonderful array of stars across the sky. Maybe it is a self portrait!
