Play can sometimes equate with terror. Usually when you first see the diving board it looks fine�.until you climb it! It�s worse if you are with friends� sometimes it�s better as you put everything sensible on hold and just jump�but if the self protection mechanism kicks in then it�s a real challenge to overcome the worry of doing a dive/ jump..especially with an audience of� braver� characters! I was never really brave�but not quite to this stage�mind you I had a bit more to jump into�but then again�..when you are up there the pool seems pretty small!
