Going through a doorway does suggest something new, a change , a different environment. My little girl is discovering the wider world in this step. I wanted to explore some of the possibilities of green sand casting and using bronze as part of my creation and I do think it adds a certain other element to the piece….. sort of like venturing through a doorway!
